摘要
利用玉米秸秆纤维增强石膏胶凝材料,并采用聚乙烯醇对玉米秸秆纤维进行表面包覆改性,研究其对玉米秸秆纤维/石膏复合材料性能的影响.利用扫描电子显微镜对试样进行了微观分析,探讨了未改性玉米秸秆纤维/石膏复合材料防水性能较差的原因,提出了聚乙烯醇包覆改性秸秆纤维的示意模型.结果表明:掺加未改性玉米秸秆纤维可提高石膏胶凝材料的力学性能,但防水性能下降幅度较大;玉米秸秆纤维经改性后,改性秸秆纤维/石膏复合材料的力学性能进一步提高,防水性能显著改善.
Gypsum cementitious material was reinforced by adopting cornstalk fibers which were modified by polyvinyl alcohol encapsulation with the result that the performance of cornstalk fiber/gypsum composites would be improved.The microscopic structure of samples was analysed by scanning electron microscope,and the reason why unmodified cornstalk fiber/gypsum composites had poor waterproof properties was discussed.Modification model of polyvinyl alcohol coating cornstalk fiber is investigated.The results show that mechanical properties of cornstalk fiber/gypsum composites is improved,but waterproof performance is declined greatly by adopting unmodified plant fibers.The mechanical properties and waterproof properties of cornstalk fiber/gypsum composites are improved by adopting cornstalk fibers modified.
