摘要
普光气田具有高压、高产、高含硫和埋藏深的"三高一深"特点,且地处大巴山区,地形地貌复杂,常有泥石流、滑坡等山体自然灾害出现,酸气集输管道环焊缝一旦出现问题将导致介质泄漏,后果将极其严重。为摸清气田酸气集输管道环焊缝的安全状况,保障管道本质安全,本文通过选取普光气田3#线酸气集输管道,采取原始资料审查、环焊缝射线底片复评、管道应力模拟分析、焊缝风险评估、探坑开挖点抽检、合于使用评价等手段,全面评估环焊缝安全风险,提出下一步重点开展地质条件隐患排查整治、联合设计院等单位开展一致性排查等工作展望,以确保酸气集输管道安全平稳运行。
Puguang gas field has the characteristics of"three high and one deep"with high pressure,high yield,high sulfur content and deep burial.It is located in Daba mountain area with complex landform.There are often mountain natural disasters such as debris flow and landslide.Once there is a problem in the circumferential weld of acid gas gathering and transmission pipeline,resulting in medium leakage,the consequences will be extremely serious.In order to find out the safety status of girth welds of gas field sour gas gathering and transmission pipeline and ensure the intrinsic safety of the pipeline,this paper comprehensively evaluates the safety risk of welds by selecting the sour gas gathering and transmission pipeline of gas field 3#line,adopting the means of original data review,re evaluation of weld radiographic film,simulation analysis of pipeline stress status,weld risk assessment,sampling inspection of selected test pit excavation points,and application evaluation.It is proposed that the next step should focus on the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers of geological conditions and the consistency investigation jointly carried out by design institutes and other units,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of acid gas gathering and transmission pipeline.
