摘要
采用热活化过硫酸盐技术处理MDEA模拟废水,阐明了降解过程中Cl^-、CO_3^(2-)、HCO_3^-对降解过程的影响。结果表明:无机阴离子的存在会抑制MDEA的降解过程,其中CO_3^(2-)与HCO_3~单独存在于体系中对MDEA的抑制作用与其浓度呈正相关,离子浓度较高时(0.3mol·L^(-1)),反应3 h,抑制率分别达到19%与11.5%,而Cl^-单独存在于体系时,浓度小于0.1 mol·L^(-1)时,抑制作用呈正相关;浓度在0.1~0.3mol·L^(-1)时,其抑制作用与浓度呈负相关;氯离子浓度为0.1 mol·L^(-1)时为最大抑制浓度,其抑制率为15%。共生抑制响应曲面分析表明,3种无机阴离子之间交互作用显著,受与SO_4^-·的反应速率常数控制,抑制的显著性大小为Cl^->CO_3^(2-)>HCO_3^-。
Heat activated persulfate technique used in the treatment of MDEA simulated wastewater has been investigated in this study and the effect of Cl-, CO32-and HCO3- on the degradation process has clarified. Results showed that the presence of Cl-, CO32-and HCO3- inhibited the degradation of MDEA. The concentration of CO32-and HCO3-was positively correlated with inhibition of MDEA degradation. The inhibition of MDEA degradation was positively correlated with the concentration of CO32-and HCO3-. When the ion concentration was high(0.3 mol·L-1), the reaction time was 3 hours and the inhibition rates were 19% and 11.5% respectively. In the presence of Cl- alone, the inhibitory effect was positively correlated when the concentration was less than 0.1 mol·L-1.The inhibitory effect was negatively correlated with the concentration between 0.1 mol·L-1 and 0.3 mol·L-1 and the inhibition rate was the largest when the concentration was 0.1mol·L-1, the inhibition rate was 15%. Response surface analysis results showed that the three anions existing simultsneously, the interaction between the three inorganic anions was significant and controlled by the reaction rate constant of SO4-?,and the significantly inhibitory effect on sulfate radical was presented as following: Cl-〉 CO32-〉HCO3-.
