摘要
国家环保部"十三五"节能减排规划对石化企业SO_2排放总量提出严格的控制要求。为实现工厂SO_2等有害气体的进一步减排,中国国内某净化厂从天然气净化装置产生硫化物的脱硫工艺单元和硫黄回收单元出发,采取了MDEA选择性吸收H2S、低温克劳斯硫黄回收工艺、日常运维、非正常工况期间SO_2减排等系列技术措施。结果表明,各项技术措施保证了天然气净化装置持续高效的硫黄回收率,成功实现SO_2减排。所述SO_2减排技术实用性强,可予以应用推广。
The Ministry of Environmental Protection of China is strict on SO_2 emission control of petrochemical enterprises according to the '13th Five-Year Plan' for national environmental protection. In order to further reduce SO_2 emission based on desulfurization process units and sulfur recovery unit, one of the domestic natural gas purification plants takes series of technical measures, such as technology of MDEA solution selectively absorbing H2 S, sulfur recovery technology of low temperature Claus, daily maintenance and SO_2 emission control during abnormal operation period. Results show that the technical measures, not only ensure a relatively high sulfur recovery rate, but also sharply reduce SO_2 emission. The SO_2 emission reduction technical measures can be applied to the promotion.
