摘要
以辽宁省5个不同种源的红松种子为对象,开展不同种源红松育苗试验,结果表明:(1)各种源红松的出苗率为84.0%~85.6%,保存率为92.7%~94.3%,其中桓仁种源出苗率最高,宽甸种源保存率最高。(2)各年份中,不同种源红松的生长性状差异显著,桓仁种源各生长性状综合表现较好,3年生桓仁种源红松苗高和地径分别达到17.93 cm和4.7 mm。(3)不同年份中,各种源生长趋势基本一致,播种后第3年,红松苗高增长量显著提升,地径和针叶长增幅也较前2年有一定提高。
Five different provenances of Pinus koraiensis in Liaoning province were used as materials for seedling breeding experiment.The result shows that:(1)the seedling rate varied from 84%to 85.6%,and the conservation rate ranged from 92.7%to 94.3%,among which Huanren seed provenance had the highest seedling emergence rate and Kuandian seed provenance had the highest conservation rate;(2)there were significant differences in growth trait among different provenances each year,and Huanren seed provenance had the best comprehensive performance.The seedling height and ground diameter of 3-year-old Huanren provenance seedlings respectively reached 17.93 cm and 4.7 mm;(3)the growth trends of various sources in different years were basically the same.In the third year after sowing,the seedling height increased significantly,and the ground diameter and needle length were also higher than in the previous two years.
