摘要
为选择优良的华北落叶松种质资源,对来自山西境内的81个华北落叶松优树家系建立的16 a生子代测定林进行调查分析。结果显示,家系间各性状生长差异均达到极显著水平,说明具有丰富的遗传变异和选育潜力。林分胸径、树高、单株材积的遗传力分别为0.5244、0.7002和0.6449,估测遗传增益分别为33.57%、90.33%和1.17%。以树高、胸径、材积分别超过群体平均值8.24%、9.22%和25.78%选择优良用材林家系,入选的6个家系树高、胸径、材积的平均值分别为9.46 m、14.93 cm和0.0888 m^(3);在家系选择的基础上选出10株优良单株,为华北落叶松优良无性系在大兴安岭南麓的应用奠定基础。
In order to select excellent germplasm resources of Larix principis-rupprechtii,the investigation and analysis of 16-year progeny measurement forests were carried out,which was established with 81 fine families from Shanxi.The results showed that the growth differences of various traits among the families reached a very significant level,indicating that there was abundant genetic variation and breeding potential.The heritability of breast diameter,tree height,and volume per plant were 0.5244,0.7002 and 0.6449 respectively,the estimated genetic gain in percent were 33.57%,90.33%and 1.17%respectively.The excellent families were selected with the tree height,breast diameter and volume of 8.24%,9.22%and 25.78%higher than the group average value.The average tree height,breast diameter and volume of six selected families were 9.46 m,14.93 cm and 0.0888 m^(3).10 excellent individual plants were selected on the basis of family selection,which laid a foundation for the application of the excellent asexual of Larix principis-rupprechtii in the southern foot of the Greater Xing′an Mountains.
