栽培条件对红松幼树生长的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Cultivation Conditions on the Growth of Pinus koraiensis Saplings

摘要 选用东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场老山人工林实验站苗圃地培育的同种源同批次红松(Pinus koraiensis)裸根苗木,于2013年春季,将苗木分别定植于全光下的皆伐造林地(王家沟)、老山实验站的苗圃地(老山站)、容器中(容器基质使用苗圃地原土);3种栽培条件的红松苗木均按株行距1 m×1 m进行配置,培育过程中均不施肥;2021年,测定相应指标,以土壤养分、树高、地径、胸径、针叶形态、根系形态、幼树生物量、幼树养分为评价指标,分析不同土壤养分条件对红松幼树生长发育的影响。结果表明:3种栽培条件,土壤养分状况明显存在差异,苗圃地土壤养分相对充足;造林地土壤养分相对不足,土壤全氮、全磷质量分数只有苗圃地的75.0%、82.8%;容器中土壤养分极度缺乏,土壤全氮、全磷质量分数只有苗圃地的40.9%、17.1%。苗圃地红松幼树表现出明显的生长优势;苗圃地红松幼树胸径生长量比造林地、容器中的,分别高出64.3%、207.1%;苗圃地红松幼树根系表面积比造林地、容器中的,分别高出20.8%、53.9%;苗圃地红松幼树生物量比造林地、容器中的,分别高出115.7%、279.3%。苗圃地土壤氮、磷养分相对充足,有助于针叶的氮、磷积累。苗圃地红松幼树针叶氮质量分数分别比造林地、容器中高出19.1%、44.1%,苗圃地红松幼树针叶磷质量分数分别比造林地、容器中高出37.0%、19.1%。苗圃地土壤养分相对充足,红松幼树体内可溶性糖更多地转化为淀粉;容器中红松幼树受土壤养分胁迫,将大量生物量分配给地下部分,降低地上部分投入。红松幼树在早期生长阶段对土壤养分条件较敏感,不同土壤养分条件对红松幼树生长影响极其显著,土壤养分缺乏会导致幼树生长量下降、生长缓慢,其器官内的养分质量分数也会降低。因此,红松幼树阶段应采取施肥措施,尤其是在养分受限的造林地、容器中栽� The bare root seedlings of Pinus koraiensis from the same source and batch cultivated in the nursery of Laoshan Artificial Forest Experimental Station of Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm of Northeast Forestry University were selected as material.In the spring of 2013,the seedlings were planted in the clear cutting forest land(Wangjiagou),the nursery field of Laoshan Experimental Station(Laoshan Station),and the container(the container substrate uses the original soil of the nursery).The seedlings of P.koraiensis under three cultivation conditions were all planted at a row spacing of 1 m×1 m,and no fertilizer was applied in the cultivation process.In 2021,the corresponding indexes were measured,and the effects of different soil nutrient conditions on the growth and development of Pinus koraiensis sapling were analyzed with soil nutrients,tree height,ground diameter,DBH,needle leaf morphology,root morphology,young tree biomass and young tree nutrients as evaluation indexes.There were significant differences in soil nutrients among the three cultivation conditions,and the soil nutrients in the nursery were relatively sufficient.The soil nutrient of afforestation land is relatively insufficient,and the mass fraction of soil total nitrogen and total phosphorus is only 75.0%and 82.8%of that of nursery land.The soil nutrient in the container is extremely deficient,and the mass fraction of soil total nitrogen and total phosphorus is only 40.9%and 17.1%of that in the nursery.P.koraiensis sapling in nursery showed obvious growth advantage.The DBH growth of P.koraiensis sapling in nursery land was 64.3%and 207.1%higher than that in forest land and container respectively;The root surface area of Pinus koraiensis sapling in nursery land was 20.8%and 53.9%higher than that in forest land and container respectively;The biomass of Pinus koraiensis sapling in nursery land was 115.7%and 279.3%higher than that in forest land and container respectively.The soil nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in the nursery are relatively suffic
