摘要
某钢厂热轧产品力学性能分析过程中,发现因试样存在分层缺陷造成性能不合格的问题。通过对分层试样进行宏观、金相、扫描电镜及能谱检测分析,发现分层缺陷部位存在两类问题:一是缺陷位置存在大量保护渣的成分元素,个别区域存在少量Zr元素;二是缺陷位置存在较多的铁素体带且有大量长条状硫化物类夹杂聚集。本文介绍了分层试样分析检测结果,依据检测结果对试样分层缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。分析发现,结晶器内卷渣和连铸坯中严重P偏析是导致铸坯后续加工出现分层缺陷的主要原因,并依此提出了工艺改进措施。
In the process of the mechanical properties analysis of hot rolled products in a steel plant,found the trouble that performance was unqualified caused by the delamination defect of test sample.Through macroscopic,metallographic,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum detection analysis of layered samples,it is found that there are two kinds of problems in layered defect parts: first,there were a large number of component elements of protective slag in the defect position of stratification,and a small amount of Zr element in some areas;second,there are a lot of ferrite bands and a large number of long strip sulfide inclusions in the delamination defect location. This paper introduces the detection analysis results of layered samples,and analyzes the causes of test sample layered defects according to the detection results. Analysis found that slag curling in the mold and serious P segregation in the continuous casting billet are the main causes of delamination defects in the subsequent processing of the billet,and according to this that put forward the process improvement measures.
