IF钢尾坯切割长度的优化

摘要 为充分释放产能,推进高效化生产,河钢邯钢开展了IF钢尾坯切割长度优化实验。采用硫印检测、氮氧成分分析、大样电解及扫描电镜分析等手段,分析了IF钢尾坯不同位置处的硫印、夹杂、氮氧含量变化等情况。结果表明:当尾坯尺寸≤1.9 m时,铸坯易出现内部疏松、偏析等缺陷;尾坯中夹杂以高SiO_(2)类为主,约占大型夹杂物总数的75%,大部分夹杂中含有Na、K元素,认为主要是由结晶器保护渣卷渣所致。基于实验结果,将IF钢尾坯切割长度由≥2.5 m优化为≥1.9 m后,既保证了铸坯质量又减少了铸坯损失。 In order to fully release the production capacity and promote the high-efficiency production,the experiment of IF steel tailstock length optimization was carried out in HBIS Group Hansteel Company.By means of sulfur print detection,nitrogen and oxygen composition analysis,large sample electrolysis and scanning electron microscope analysis,the changes of sulfur print,inclusions and nitrogen and oxygen content at different positions of IF steel tailstock were analyzed.The test results show that when the size of tailstock is less than 1.9 m,the billet is prone to internal porosity,segregation and other quality problems;the high SiO_(2) inclusions are the main inclusions in the tailstock,accounting for 75%of the total large inclusions,and most of the inclusions contain Na and K elements and comes from mold flux entrapment.Based on the experimental results,the reasonable cutting length of IF steel is changed from more than 2.5 m to more than 1.9 m which can guarantee the quality of billet and reduce the loss of billet.
