摘要
重大突发公共卫生事件造成群体恐慌情绪,过度紧张、焦虑、恐慌的情感创伤需借助媒介内容生产来按摩、释放、宣泄,以达到群体情绪平复、情感修复的作用。采用扎根理论方法对武汉、广州抗疫Vlog的热门评论进行分析,可阐述媒介生产和受众情感修复两条相互交织的逻辑线。研究表明其媒介生产逻辑是:通过媒介协作提供受众情感出口,在象征性符号中建立群体情感联结纽带,借助媒介仪式巩固受众群体认同。其受众情感修复逻辑是:以媒介数字技术为情感记忆的延伸点,通过触媒后的按摩,在群体感染中修复创伤,从而释放群体情感,完成情感治愈的历程。
Major public health emergencies cause group panic emotions,and the emotional trauma of excessive tension,anxiety,and panic needs to be massaged,released,and catharticized with the help of media content production in order to achieve group emotional calming and emotional repair.The article adopts a rooting theory approach to analyze the popular comments of Wuhan and Guangzhou anti-epidemic Vlogs,and elaborates two intertwined logical lines of media production and audience emotional repair.Media production logic provides audience emotional outlets by media collaboration,establishing group emotional connection ties in symbolic symbols,and consolidating audience emotional identity with the help of media rituals.Audience emotional repair logic uses media digital technology as an extension point of emotional memory,repairing trauma in group by post-touch media massage,so as to release group emotional and complete the journey of emotional healing.
