摘要
MSM是HIV和其他STD感染的高风险人群。被动接受性肛门性行为(被动肛交)是MSM主要的性行为之一。MSM在肛交时肛门易发生损伤,从而容易感染HIV或其他性传播疾病,因此该人群的肛门健康受到被动肛交的严重影响,但目前没有引起医疗卫生人员更多的关注。本文就MSM被动肛交过程中肛门的伤害预防和卫生保健进行综述,旨在为促进MSM肛门健康提供依据,从而降低该群体感染HIV和STD的概率。
Men who have sex with men(MSM)are the highrisk population infected with human immunodeficiency virus and other sexually transmitted diseases(STD).Receptive anal intercourse(passive,receptive anal sexual behavior)is one of the leading sexual behaviors of MSM.However,the anus is easily injured during anal intercourse,causing HIV and other STDs infection.The anal health of MSM is seriously affected by receptive anal intercourse,but it is not widely concerned by the existing medical and health professionals.This article reviews injury prevention in receptive anal intercourse and anal health in MSM to provide a basis for implementing anal health care in MSM and reduce the probability of MSM infection with HIV/STD.
