摘要
随着我国产业升级和经济结构调整的步伐不断加快,复合型高技能人才缺口巨大,企业发展困难,依靠高职院校单独培养无法满足企业需求。在此背景之下,校企协同育人显得尤为重要。通过详细阐述基于“典型企业—典型产线—典型产品—典型案例—典型教材—典型教案—典型实验实训室”的深度产教融合模式,“五教合一”、团组融合,“以学习者为中心”的人才培养模式,探讨高职院校机电专业人才培养模式建设路径与方法。
With China’s entering a new stage of development,industrial upgrading and economic restructuring continue to accelerate,the demand for technical and skilled personnel from all walks of life is more and more urgent,school enter-prise collaborative education is particularly important.TakingSuzhou vocational institute of industrial technology as an example,the“seven typical”integration mode of production and education,“five education in one”“learner centered”and“course certificate integration”are expounds detailed.In addi-tion,the construction path of personnel training mode of elec-tromechanical related majors in higher vocational colleges is also discussed.
