摘要
灯盏细辛为袪风散寒、活血通络、止痛药物,具有扩张血管、改善血液流变学异常、抑制血小板及红细胞的聚集、抗超氧化反应、干预炎性反应、调节内皮功能等多种药理作用。临床上常与多种药物联合应用于心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肾脏病、青光眼、类风湿性关节炎、肝功能损害等疾病的治疗。现对灯盏细辛及其制剂联合用药的相关研究进行综述,为其合理用药及临床研究提供参考。
Erigeron breviscapus is a herbal medicine applied for dispelling cold,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals.It exerts many pharmacological effects,including dilating blood vessels,improving abnormal hemorheology,inhibiting platelet,erythrocyte aggregation,antagonizing superoxide reaction,resisting inflammatory reaction and regulating endothelial function.It is usually combinedly used in treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,kidney disease,glaucoma,rheumatoid arthritis,liver function damage etc.This article reviews progress on the combination of Erigeron breviscapus with its preparations in order to provide reference for rational drug application and further research.
