摘要
为了确定和评估地方标准DB53/T 897-2018 《煤中锗含量的测定电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》的准确度,组织了5家实验室对4个浓度水平的有证标准物质进行了协同评定试验,采用曼德尔h/k统计分析、科克伦检验、格拉布斯检验对测定结果的一致性和离群值进行了检验,建立了精密度值与样品浓度水平的函数关系,计算了重复性限、再现性限、实验室偏倚和测量方法偏倚,对正确度进行评估,结果理想;按照最新发布的ISO标准要求,进一步讨论了标准物质不确定度对正确度确定评估的影响。
In order to confirm and evaluate the accuracy of local standard DB53/T 897-2018 Determination on Germanium Content in Coal by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,5 labs were organized to carried out collaborative evaluation tests for certified reference standard with 4 concentration levels,Mandel h/k statistical analysis,Cochran test,Grubbs's test were adopted to verify the uniformity and outliers of testing results,the functional relationship of precision degree value and sample concentration level were established,the repeatability limits,reproducibility limits,lab bias and measurement method bias were calculated to evaluate the accuracy,the results were good.The further discussion on the effect of uncertainty of standard substance on accuracy evaluation were carried out according to requirements of newly issued ISO standard.
