石墨管-三酸消解电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定土壤中6种重金属 被引量:3

摘要 为研究土壤重金属污染现状,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)法测定了土壤中 Cd、Ni、Pb、Cr、Cu和 Zn 6种土壤重金属含量。将土壤用硝酸浸泡,后用硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸体系通过石墨管消解仪对土样进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),同时测定土壤中Cd、Ni、Pb、Cr、Cu和 Zn 6种土壤重金属元素。实验室结果表明,此方法仪器操作简单,检测速度快,检出限低,检测结果准确度高,适用于大批量检测土壤中重金属。 In order to study the status of heavy metal pollution in soil, ICP-AES method was used to determine the content of six kinds of heavy metals in soil including Cd, Ni, Pb, Cr, Cu and Zn. The soil sample was treated by graphite tube digestion with HNO 3、HF and HClO 4. ICP-AES method was used to determine the content of those 6 kinds of heavy metal mentioned above. The experiment result shows that this method is suitable for detecting large quantities of soil samples,at the same time,it has the characteristics of simple operation,fast detection speed,low detection limit and high accuracy of detection results.
