摘要
旨在建立高效的测定饲料中铝含量的测定方法。样品预处理采用微波消解法,主要从试验结果对空白值测定及校准曲线的绘制、精密度的测定、回收率的测定这几方面进行研究,确定最适合测定饲料中的铝含量的分析方法为电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法。按照电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定样品中铝,结果在0~5 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 9),检出限为0.057 mg/L,定量限为0.171 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.6%,小于5%;回收率在96.4%~104.4%,测定结果准确。结果表明,研究建立的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法准确度高,精密度好,方法可靠,可作为准确、快速检测饲料中铝含量的方法。
The aim of this study was to establish an efficient method for the determination of aluminum content in feed.Microwave digestion method was used for sample pretreatment,and the blank value determination,calibration curve drawing,precision determination and recovery determination were mainly studied from the test results.Finally,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was determined as the most suitable analysis method for the determination of aluminum content in feed.According to inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),the linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 0~5 mg/L(r≥0.9999),the limit of detection was 0.057 mg/L,the limit of quantification was 0.171 mg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)was 0.6%,less than 5%.The recovery rate was 96.4%~104.4%,and the determination results were accurate.The results showed that the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was accurate,precise and reliable,and could be used as an accurate and rapid method for the determination of aluminum content in feed.
