摘要
利用紫外-可见分光光度计,对棉纤维上噻苯隆进行检测。结果表明:噻苯隆在228、243nm和279nm附近均有特征吸收峰,对228、243nm处的特征吸收峰,定量测定的灵敏度低,但线性范围宽;279nm处的特征吸收峰,定量测定的灵敏度高,但线性范围相对较窄;选择灵敏度较高的279nm作为定量分析波长,准确性好(相对误差小于2%),精密度高(相对标准偏差小于0.5%)。为避免棉纤维表面杂质的干扰,该方法用于棉纤维上噻苯隆定量分析时,应以空白棉纤维萃取液为参比液。
This paper uses UV visible spectrophotometer to detect thidiazuron in cotton fiber. The result shows that thidiazuron has characteristic absorption peak near 228 nm, 243 nm and 279 nm. For characteristic absorption peak at 228 nm and 243 nm, quantitative determination has a low sensitivity but the linearity range is wide; for characteristic absorption peak at 279 nm, quantitative determination has a high sensitivity, but the linearity range is relatively narrow; 279nm with a high sensitivity selected as the wavelength in quantitative analysis has a good accuracy (relative error less than 2%) and high degree of precisioni. To avoid interference of cotton fiber surface impurity, when this method is used for quantitative analysis on thidiazuron in cotton fiber, blank cotton fiber extract liquor should be taken as reference solution.
