摘要
介绍了砂处理设备及生产中出现的铸件粘砂问题,通过选用铸造用合适的复合添加剂并结合生产实际调整工艺参数,使铸件的粘砂问题得到解决,铸件的外观质量得到稳定控制,最后指出:(1)型砂添加剂的挥发分和光亮碳在湿型砂铸造中对防止铸件粘砂缺陷起着重要的作用,在对粘砂机理的认知和分析中需综合考虑;(2)同一条造型线上生产不同砂铁比的铸件时,应按跨度区间进行分类,制定各自的型砂管控工艺,通过对不同状态的回砂进行精确地追踪识别,并及时调整配方,会极大地提高砂系统的稳定性,对铸件质量的持续提升大有裨益。
The sand treating equipments and burning-on problem of castings occurring in production were introduced.Through selecting a suitable composite additive for casting and adjust process parameters according actual production situation,the burning-on problem of castings was solved,the appearance quality of the castings had been stably controlled.Finally,it was pointed out:(1)The volatile component and bright carbon of molding sand additives play an important role in preventing casting burning-on defects of green molding sand casting,they were should be comprehensively considered in the cognition and analysis of burning-on mechanism.(2)When castings were produced with different molding sands and iron proportion types on a same modeling line,they should be classified according to the span interval,and their respective sand control process should be formulated.By accurately tracking and identifying the sand of different states and timely adjusting the formula,the stability of the sand system would be greatly improved,which was of great benefit to the continuous improvement of the casting quality.
