摘要
为解决传统覆膜砂固化放出的氨气危害问题,采用邻甲酚醛环氧树脂(o-CFER)、多官能团酸类或胺类化合物为原料,利用环氧基团在羧基作用下的开环反应交联固化,制备了新型无氨固化环保型覆膜砂。采用示差扫描量热仪测试了几种固化剂与o-CFER反应的固化曲线,结果表明柠檬酸可在190℃下使o-CFER固化,故采用柠檬酸为固化剂,并通过拉伸性能和弯曲性能测试研究了硅烷偶联剂、固化促进剂和小分子环氧化合物异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯对(TGIC)等助剂对覆膜砂性能的影响。结果表明,采用树脂质量0.8%的脲丙基三乙氧基硅烷处理原砂,固化剂质量10%的2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑作促进剂,再添加树脂质量10%的TGIC所得的覆膜砂强度较好,固化过程安全环保。
In order to solve the problem of ammonia hazards emitted by the curing of traditional coated sand,using o-cresol epoxy resin(o-CFER), polyfunctional acids or amine compounds as raw materials,the ring-opening reaction of epoxy groups under the action of carboxyl groups was used for cross-linking and curing to prepare a new type of non-ammonia curing environmentally friendly coated sand.The curing curves of several curing agents reacting with o-CFER were tested by differential scanning calorimeter. The results showed that citric acid could cure o-CFER at 190 ℃, so citric acid was used as the curing agent. The effects of additives such as silane coupling agent,curing accelerator and small molecular epoxy compound isocyanide(TGIC) on the properties of coated sand were investigated by tensile and bending performance tests. The results showed the coated sand had better strength, and the curing process was safe and environmentally friendly as the conditions as followed: the raw sand treated with 0.8% ureapropyl triethoxysilane of resin mass,using10% 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole of curing agent mass as the accelerator,and adding 10% TGIC of the resin mass.
