摘要
介绍了公司的生产条件及生产情况,为分析膨润土消耗量大的原因,对膨润土复用性进行检验,运用MAGMA软件模拟浇注后湿型砂铸件凝固温度规律及分布比例,并换算出吨铁液膨润土消耗量,同时对型砂中混入的芯砂、煤粉所消耗的膨润土以及砂处理除尘吸走的膨润土进行计算分析,然后检测砂处理除尘系统各排灰口灰分中活性土含量等,计算吸走的膨润土量。结果表明,理论计算值与实际使用量基本吻合,说明该方法可用于型砂膨润土用量预测。
The production condition and situation of the company was introduced.In order to analyze the reason causing bentonite consumption being large,the reuse property of the betonite was inspected,the solidification temperature law and distribution ratio of wet molding sand casting were simulated by using MAGMA software,and converted bentonite consumption amount per ton of iron liquid,at the same time,calculated and analyzed the bentonite amount consumed by core sand and coal dust mixed into molding sand,and,as well as the bentonite absorbent due to dust removal in sand treatment,then inspected active soil contents of each ash draining outlets of dust removal system,calculated the absorbent bentonite amount.The result showed:the theoretical calculation was in good agreement with the actual usage that indicated that this method could be used to predict the molding sand-used bentonite amount.
