3396例就诊女性HPV感染状况与阴道微生态相关性分析 被引量:3

Analysis of correlation between HPV infection and vaginal microecology in 3396 female patients

摘要 目的 了解女性宫颈HPV感染状况,探讨阴道微生态指标改变与HPV感染的相关性,并对影响因素进行分析。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年6月就诊于本院通州院区妇产科就诊患者3 396例作为研究对象,收集人群阴道微生态和宫颈HPV检测结果,根据感染的HPV基因分型分组,对阴道微生态相关指标和HPV感染结果进行χ^(2)检验及Logistic多因素回归分析。结果 研究对象中有444例HPV检测阳性,检出率为13. 07%。通过分组比较,菌群密集度异常率、唾液酸苷酶阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。多因素分析显示,唾液酸苷酶的异常是HPV感染的独立危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论 女性阴道内唾液酸苷酶异常会增加HPV感染的发生率,加强阴道微生态的监测、及时对症治疗对预防HPV的感染具有重要意义。 Objective To understand the cervical HPV infection status of female patients in our hospital,to explore the correlation between the change of vaginal microecological indicators and human papillomavirus infection,and finally to analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 3396 outpatients in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Vaginal microecology and cervical HPV test results were collected.According to the results of HPV genotyping,the group was divided into two groups,and the relevant indicators of vaginal microecology and the results of HPV infection were tested byХ^(2)test and Logistic multivariate regression analysis.Results Among the 3396 subjects,there were 444 HPV-positive patients,and the positive detection rate was 13.07%.By comparing the HPV-infected group and the non-infected group,the abnormal differences in density and sialidase in the vaginal microecological indicators are statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that sialidase abnormality was a risk factor for HPV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal sialidase in women’s vagina will increase the incidence of HPV infection.Strengthening the monitoring of vaginal microecology and timely symptomatic treatment are of great significance to the prevention of HPV infection.
