摘要
在高等教育深化教育教学改革的时代背景下,高校就业指导工作承担着立德树人的根本任务,具有重大的战略意义。然而,当前高校就业指导课程尚存在课程重视程度不够、高校师资力量薄弱、教学模式缺乏创新、实际指导效果有限等问题。突破MOOC的限制,打造基于SPOC平台的就业指导课程混合式教学,既可为学生提供广阔的学习空间,又可提高学生学习积极性,从而促进教学质量提升。高校可采用分层次教学、提升教师专业性、创新教学模式、构建多元评价体系等途径推动高校教育体制深化改革,为培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人做出贡献。
Under the background of deepening education and teaching reform in higher education,employment guidance in colleges undertakes the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,which is of great strategic significance.However,there are still some problems in the current college employment guidance curriculum,such as insufficient attention to the curriculum,weak teachers,lack of innovation in teaching mode,limited practical guidance effect and so on.Breaking through the limitations of MOOC and creating a mixed teaching of employment guidance courses based on SPOC platform can not only provide students with broad learning space,but also improve students’ enthusiasm,so as to promote the improvement of teaching quality.Colleges can adopt new ways of hierarchical teaching,improving teachers’ professionalism,innovating teaching models and building a diversified evaluation system to promote the deepening reform of the college education system,and contribute to the cultivation of new people of the times,who shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
