秦皇岛地区农村住宅冬季室内热舒适分析 被引量:2

摘要 对秦皇岛地区农村住宅开展实态调研,通过梳理调研结果发现,该地区农村住宅可分为3类,分别为传统型农村住宅、过渡型农村住宅、新型农村住宅。3类农村住宅的室内湿热环境存在差异,室内温度较难满足规定要求,居民的热适应行为以调节着装为主。对调研测试结果进行计算,求出3类农村住宅的热中性温度,传统型农村住宅的热中性温度与室内操作温度较为接近,其余两类农村住宅温度相差较大,且热中性温度与室内操作温度呈正比,表明居民的热舒适受长期居住环境的限值,居民热需求受室内温度影响,分析当前居民热舒适较差的原因,并从引导正确的住宅设计理念、围护结构热工性能优化、采用高效新能源采暖设备3个方面提出改造建议。 The rural housing in Qinhuangdao area was investigated and the results showed that the rural housing in Qinhuangdao area could be divided into three categories:traditional rural housing,transitional rural housing and new rural housing.The indoor humidity and heat environment of the three types of rural houses are different,and the indoor temperature is difficult to meet the requirements.The heat adaptation behavior of residents is mainly to adjust the clothing.Calculation,the result of the research to test the thermal neutral temperature of three kinds of rural residence,traditional rural residential thermal neutral temperature and indoor temperature is relatively close to operation,the rest of the two types of rural residential temperature difference is bigger,and the thermal neutral temperature and indoor temperature higher than operation,show that thermal comfort by long-term living environment of the limitations of residents,residents affected by the indoor temperature heat demand.This paper analyzes the reasons for the poor thermal comfort of current residents,and proposes suggestions for improvement from three aspects:guiding the correct design concept of housing,optimizing the thermal performance of enclosure structure,and adopting efficient new energy heating equipment.
