摘要
在"煤改气"、"煤改电"项目实施背景下,通过问卷调查的方式,对津、冀地区部分农村的住宅信息、采暖现状以及人员对室内热湿环境和空气品质的主观评价进行了解;并选取使用煤、电、天然气3种能源采暖的几户典型农宅,对其室内温度水平和空气品质进行测试;结合国家政策分析了使用不同采暖能源农户的经济性。研究结果表明,津、冀地区农村居住建筑围护结构保温性能普遍较差;农户对室内环境热舒适度和空气品质的要求相对较低;农民对"无煤化"改造的接受程度以及进行无煤化采暖的意愿很大程度上取决于政府对农村无煤化采暖的补贴政策。
Under the background of the implementation of the'coal to gas'and'coal to electricity'projects,analyzed the subject information,heating methods,and subjective evaluation of indoor air quality and heat and humidity environment in some rural areas of Tianjin and Hebei through questionnaire survey,at the same time,selected several typical farmhouses that use coal,electricity,and natural gas for energy heating to test their indoor temperatures and air quality,and analyzed the economics of farmers using different heating energy sources combined with national policies.The research results show that insulation performance of enclosure structure of rural residential buildings in Tianjin and Hebei is generally poor;Farmers have relatively low requirements for indoor environmental thermal comfort and air quality;the degree of acceptance of'no coalification'reform by farmers and the willingness to carry out non-coalized heating will largely depend on the government’s subsidy for.
