摘要
根据设备总体配置、动力学以及散体力学理论论述了星轮装载机构转速、形状的设计依据和方法,介绍了星轮形状对星轮转矩、装载功率的影响,总结了星轮设计的一般规律。
According to the overall equipment configuration, dynamics and mechanics of granular media theories, the design basis and method of the speed and shape of the star wheel loading mechanism were discussed, the influence of the star wheel shape on the star wheel torque and loading power was introduced, and summarized the general law of star wheel design.
