摘要
针对当前连采机星轮装载机构存在的问题,根据星轮装载机构的运动特点及连采机的工作工况,通过对星轮装载机构工况的力学分析,得出了星轮装载弧面的外形尺寸,并根据在机器大修中星轮的损坏情况,对容易损坏的薄弱环节做强化,提高星轮的装载效率和使用寿命。
In view of the problem of continuous miner′s star wheel loading mechanism according to the movement characteristics of the star wheel loading mechanism and the working conditions of the continuous miner,through the mechanical analysis of the working conditions of the star wheel loading mechanism,the outline dimensions of the star wheel loading arc were obtained.According to the damage of the star wheel in the overhaul of the machine,the vulnerable links are strengthened,so as to improve the loading efficiency of the star wheel and make the star wheel more service life.
