摘要
目的:探讨全方位精细化护理模式联合中医药治疗对老年重症肺炎患者康复的影响。方法:选择2019年5月-2021年5月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院老年病科重症肺炎患者70例,根据随机数字表随机分为对照组及观察组各35例,对照组采用常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用全方位精细化护理模式联合中医药治疗,比较两组患者康复情况。结果:护理和治疗后,观察组严重程度评分(PSI)低于对照组,严重程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理和治疗后,观察组呼吸频率、PaCO_(2)低于对照组,SpO_(2)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理和治疗后,观察组并发症的发生率为11.43%,低于对照组的48.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.497,P<0.05)。结论:采用全方位精细化护理联合中医药治疗老年重症肺炎可改善患者肺炎严重程度和通气功能,降低患者并发症的发生率,促进患者的预后。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive fine nursing mode combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 70 patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group according the random number table method in geriatric department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive fine nursing mode combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The condition control of the two groups were compared.Result:The severity score(PSI)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the severity was lower than that of the control group after nursing and treatment.The differences were significant(P<0.05).The respiratory rate and PaCO_(2) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and SpO_(2) was higher than those in the control group after nursing and treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.43%,lower than 48.57%in the control group after nursing and treatment.The difference of the incidence of complications was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.497,P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive fine nursing mode combined with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of senile severe pneumonia can improve the severity of pneumonia and ventilation function,reduce the incidence of complications and promote the prognosis of patients.
