摘要
俯卧位通气是近年来重症肺炎疾病患者临床干预中的主要途径,具有强化通气效果,实现气道分泌物引流的作用,是改善机体氧气供应的关键,这一方式在调节血流动力学及呼吸中发挥着重要作用。而重症肺炎患者俯卧位通气中,护理工作的重要性不容忽视。采用科学的护理干预方法能够促进患者疾病改善,实现早日撤机。本文对重症肺炎患者行俯卧位通气功能特点进行简要分析,总结重症肺炎患者俯卧位通气下压疮产生的主要原因以及预防护理措施,以期为临床护理工作的开展提供参考。
Prone position ventilation is the main way of clinical intervention for patients with severe pneumonia in recent years,which has the effect of strengthening ventilation,realizing the drainage of airway secretions,and is the key to improve the oxygen supply of the body,and this way plays an important function in regulating hemodynamics and respiration that should not be ignored.The importance of nursing care in prone position ventilation in patients with severe pneumonia cannot be ignored.The use of scientific nursing interventions can promote the improvement of the patient's disease and achieve early withdrawal of the machine.This paper briefly analyses the functional characteristics of prone position ventilation in patients with severe pneumonia,and summarises the main causes of pressure ulcers under prone position ventilation in patients with severe pneumonia,as well as preventive nursing measures,with a view to providing references for the development of clinical nursing work.
