摘要
目的：研究中药方剂补中益气汤的免疫增强作用机制。方法：制备脾虚模型小鼠，将正常小鼠和脾虚小鼠各分两组，将其中一正常组和一脾虚组用补中益气汤灌胃，然后检测免疫功能指标。结果：脾虚组用药后非特异性免疫功能和抗体产生能力明显改善，而正常组用药后无明显改变。结论：补中益气汤能明显改善免疫缺陷机体的免疫功能，而对正常机体无明显影响。
Objective: To study the mechanism of enhancement effect of Buzhongyiqitang on immunity.Methods:The spleendeficiency model mice (SDM) were prepared.The SDM and normal mice were divided into two groups respectively. The stomaches of one group of SDM and one group of control mice were filled with Buzhongyiqitang.Then nonspecific immunity and antibody production ability were tested.Results: There was significant improvement of nonspecific immunity and antibody production in SDM after the use of Buzhongyiqitang, but not in normal mice.Conclusion:Buzhongyiqitang can obviously improve the immune function of immunodeficient mice,but has no effect on normal mice.
