摘要
目的分析多层螺旋CT与核磁共振成像联合诊断腕关节损伤的临床价值。方法选取2019年4月—2021年6月在日照市人民医院就诊的腕关节损伤患者78例作为研究对象,分别采用多层螺旋CT诊断和采用多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像诊断,分析两种诊断结果,并展开比较。结果多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像诊断检出率为96.15%,高于多层螺旋CT诊断的78.21%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.241,P<0.05);多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像诊断的骨折检出率为91.03%、关节脱位检出率为32.05%,隐匿性骨折检出率为46.15%,而多螺旋CT诊断的骨折检出率为55.13%、关节脱位检出率为16.67%,隐匿性骨折检出率为21.79%,多层螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像诊断均高于多层螺旋CT诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是两种诊断的移位碎骨折片的检出率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT与核磁共振成像联合诊断腕关节损伤可以提高准确率,且能对骨折、关节脱位及隐匿性骨折情况进行准确的诊断,值得在临床上进一步的推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of combined multi-slice spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of wrist injury.Methods A total of 78 patients with wrist joint injuries who were treated in Rizhao City People's Hospital from April 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.Multi-slice spiral CT and multi-slice spiral CT combined with nuclear mag⁃netic resonance imaging were used respectively.The two diagnostic results were analyzed and compared.Results The detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT combined with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging was 96.15%,which was higher than 78.21%of multi-slice spiral CT,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.241,P<0.05).The detection rates of fracture,joint dislocation and occult fracture were 91.03%,32.05%and 46.15%respectively,while the detection rates of fracture,joint dislo⁃cation and occult fracture were 55.13%,16.67%and 21.79%respectively.The diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT combined with MRI was higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of displaced fragments between the two diagnoses(P>0.05).Conclu⁃sion The combination of multi-slice spiral CT and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of wrist injury can im⁃prove the accuracy,and can accurately diagnose fractures,joint dislocation and occult fractures,which is worthy of further pro⁃motion in clinical practice.
