摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在骨关节创伤中的临床应用价值。方法收集138例骨关节创伤患者螺旋CT扫描及重建图像资料,全部病例均接受X线、CT检查及三维重建(多平面重建MPR、容积积分法VR及表面遮盖SSD)技术,采用平滑及超高算法获得高质量图像进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例经MPR、VR及SSD三维重建后均发现骨折,并能立体、准确地显示骨折线的长短、走向累及关节面和骨折断端的形态以及游离小骨片的大小空间位置及骨折的关系。结论螺旋CT三维重建技术在骨关节创伤诊断和治疗中具有很大的临床应用价值。 Objective Toexplore the clinical value of the three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in bone and joint trauma. Methods Collected 138 cases of bone and joint trauma patients spiral CT scan and reconstruction image data, all patients underwent X-ray and CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction(multi-planar reconstruction MPR,volume in- tegral method VR SSD) technology and surface covered with a smooth and ultra-high algorithm to obtain high-quality im- ages were retrospectively analyzed. Results We found in all cases by the MPR, VR and SSD dimensional reconstruction af- ter fracture, and three-dimensional, accurately show the length of the fracture line, toward involving the articular surface and the morphology of the fracture fragments, as well as the position of the free space the size of a small bone chip and fracture the relationship. Conclusion Spiral CT technology has great clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of bone and joint trauma.
