摘要
目的对慢性主观性耳鸣患者实施声治疗的效果进行分析。方法选择对我院收治的80例主观性耳鸣患者作为本次研究对象,纳入期限为2019年7月—2020年7月,对全部患者实施分组,分组方法采用随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组,例数均为40例,前者采用常规静脉推注疗法,后者在此基础上接受声治疗方法。将两组临床疗效及及耳鸣残疾量表(THI)评分进行比较。结果比较两组治疗有效率,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。将两组THI评分进行对比,两组存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论声治疗对慢性主观性耳鸣具有良好的治疗效果,能够有效改善患者症状及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of acoustic therapy in patients with chronic subjective tinnitus.Method Choose 80 patients with subjective tinnitus were in our hospital as the research object,into the deadline for 2019—2020 months,grouping for all patients,grouping method using the random number table method,divided into control group and observation group,the number of cases are 40 cases,the former USES the conventional intravenous injection therapy,which is based on the acoustic treatment method.The clinical efficacy and tinnitus Disability Scale(THI)score were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The THI scores of the two groups were compared,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acoustic therapy has a good therapeutic effect on chronic subjective tinnitus,can effectively improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical application.
