基于专利信息的稀土永磁材料技术研发分析 被引量:3

摘要 稀土永磁材料是现代国防和绿色发展的基础支撑产业,随着全球低碳化发展,其高附加值和高端化应用日益凸显。从专利视角出发,对全球稀土永磁材料专利申请演化趋势、专利申请国家/地区分布、重点国家/地区专利技术布局、核心专利权人以及核心专利等方面进行了研究,总结出我国稀土永磁产业发展存在知识产权保护意识淡薄、核心技术较弱以及产学研合作不紧密等问题,并提出了相关建议。 Rare earth permanent magnet materials is the basic supporting industry for modern national defense and green development,the high value-added and high-end applications of rare earth permanent magnet materials are becoming increasingly prominent with the development of global low carbonization.From the perspective of patents,this paper studied the evolution trend of global patent applications for rare earth permanent magnet materials,the distribution of patent application countries/regions,the layout of patent technologies in key countries/regions,the core patentee and core patents,etc.The development of the magnetic industry has problems such as weak awareness of intellectual property protection,weak core technology,and lack of close cooperation between production and research.At last,relevant suggestions are put forward.
