摘要
本文分析了《中国制造2025》《"十三五"国家战略性新兴产业发展规划》《中国制造2025重点领域技术创新路线图》、《新材料产业发展指南》《国家新材料测试评价平台建设方案》等政策文件出台的积极影响,调查稀土新材料测试评价标准化现状,探索稀土新材料测试评价标准体系建设的发展路径。
This paper analyzes the active impact of political documents such as Made in China 2025,the Plan on the Development of National Strategic Emerging Industries in the 13 th Five-year Plan Period,Roadmap for the Technical Innovation in Key Fields of Made in China 2025,Guidelines for the Development of New Material Industry and the Program for the Establishment of National New Material Testing and Evaluation Platform,investigates the standardization status of rare earth new materials testing and evaluation,and explores the construction path for the standards system on rare earth new materials testing and evaluation.
