摘要
在我国煤化工行业中,煤质化验是十分重要的环节,关系到生产煤的质量,是进行煤炭资源合理开发利用的基础。煤质化验过程涉及到的步骤非常复杂,因此对专业技术的要求极高,毕竟煤质化验环节关系到生产煤的质量,和火电厂经济效益也息息相关。因此,本文结合行业发展现状,对煤质化验操作过程中存在的问题和误差控制技术进行了深入的分析,并根据现存问题有针对性地制定一系列措施,提升煤质化验水平,以供参考。
In China's coal chemical industry,coal quality testing is a very important link,which is related to the quality of produced coal and is the basis for the rational development and utilization of coal resources.The steps involved in the coal quality testing process are very complex,so the requirements for professional technology are extremely high.After all,the coal quality testing process is related to the quality of the coal produced,and is also closely related to the economic benefits of thermal power plants.Therefore,based on the current development status of the industry,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the operation of coal quality testing and the error control technology,and formulates a series of targeted measures according to the existing problems to improve the level of coal quality testing for reference.
