摘要 煤碳质量化验是一项技术强大且以连接为导向的工作,其中每个工作过程(例如采样、准备和化验)由于煤的均匀性的差异而具有一些变化。此外,化验结果受到实验室操作员技术水平的影响,如果员工不熟悉国家标准或者没有相关技术细节知识储备,则可能很容易形成误差,导致化验结果出错。因此,分析煤质化验过程中存在的问题非常重要,只有进行准确的化验才能保证检测结果的准确性,从而为煤炭质量的提高起到积极的促进作用。 Coal carbon quality testing is a powerful and connection-oriented work, in which each working process(such as sampling, preparation and testing) has some changes due to differences in coal uniformity. In addition, the laboratory results are affected by the technical level of laboratory operators. If employees are not familiar with the national standards or have no knowledge reserve of relevant technical details, they may easily form errors, leading to errors in laboratory results. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the problems existing in the process of coal quality test. Only accurate test can ensure the accuracy of the test results, so as to play a positive role in promoting the improvement of coal quality.
