摘要 煤质无人化验系统有助于燃料管控全环节的智能化与自动化,即该系统采用先进的传感与物联网技术、智能检测与智能信息处理技术、工业机器人技术并与传统的人工化验技术结合,从而实现煤炭等样品热值、水分、灰分、挥发分、全硫等指标的全自动无人测试。介绍煤质无人化验系统的关键技术与功能特点,重点剖析布局的合理分区、自动称量技术、自动点火技术、自动清洗技术等。为验证该系统的检测数据精准有效,通过性能试验对系统的重复性误差、偏载误差、示值误差等进行检定。煤质无人化验系统的推出有助于实现煤质化验设备的集成化、信息化、无人化,杜绝人为干扰以确保煤质数据的准确客观,实现高能耗企业降本增效与节能减排。 Coal intelligent analysis system is conducive to intellectualization and automation of the whole process of fuel management and control,this system adopts advanced sensing and internet of things technology,intelligent detection and intelligent information processing technology and industrial robot technology,when technologies above combine with traditional manual testing technology,the automatic unmanned test of calorific value,moisture,ash,volatile matter,total sulfur and other indicators can be realized.This paper introduced the key technologies and functional characteristics of the coal intelligent analysis system,and focused on the rational partition of the layout,automatic weighing technology,automatic ignition technology,automatic cleaning technology and so on.In order to verify the test data of the system is accurate and effective,the repeatability error,eccentric error and indication error were verified through the performance test.The introduction of coal intelligent analysis system helps to realize the integration,informatization and unmannedization of coal quality testing equipment,eliminate human interference to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of test data,and realize cost reduction,efficiency increase,energy conservation and emission reduction for high-energy-consumption enterprises.
