摘要 针对田庄选煤厂人工化验劳动强度大、效率低,误差对结果影响大等难题,研究了工业用机器人智能化验系统,用其代替人工化验系统,并结合现代互联网技术,优化设计,开发出煤质化验环节精微复杂、自动化程度较高的检测仪器。采用工业机器人辅助智能化自动机械技术,指导煤质化验的全自动智能化操作,实现机械化换人、自动化减人的生产目的,满足了减人增效、无人则安的要求。经实际应用表明,该化验系统可简化人工操作的繁琐程序和流程,避免人为误操作,提高化验准确度,结合现代互联网+大数据技术,可实现远程监管、数据分析和整理,提升选煤厂智能化、自动化水平。 Based on the difficult problems such as high labor intensity,low efficiency,great influence of errors on the results and technology of manual test in Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant,the industrial robot intelligent laboratory system has been studied to replace the manual laboratory system.Combining with the modern Internet technology,a detection instrument with fine,complex and high automation in coal quality laboratory has been designed and developed.With the help of intelligent automatic mechanical technology assisted by industrial robots,the fully automatic and intelligent operation of coal quality testing have been guided.The production goal of mechanized replacement and automated reduction of personnel has been achieved,and the practical requirements of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency and safety without personnel have been met.The practical application of the system showed that it can simplify the complicated procedures of manual operation,avoid artificial misoperation and improve the accuracy of the test.Combined with modern Internet Plus big data technology,remote supervision,data analysis and sorting have been implemented,which has greatly enhanced the intellectualization and automation level of Tianzhuang coal preparation plant.
