摘要
结合GB 474—2008《煤样的制备方法》、GB/T 19494—2004《煤炭机械化采样》和GB/T30731—2014《煤炭联合制样系统技术条件》中对煤炭无人值守全自动制样机设备的相关规定,分析总结了目前煤炭无人值守全自动制样机设备在实际生产运行应用、设备安装与调试、性能鉴定与验收、日常使用与维护等方面的问题,并探讨了无人值守全自动制样机未来发展需实践创新之处。
According to the relevant provisions for the equipment of unattended full-automatic combined sampling machine in＂The preparation method of coal sample＂（GB/474—2008）, ＂Mechanical sampling of coal＂（GB/T 19494—2004）and ＂Technical condition of coal combined sample maker system＂（GB/T 30731—2014）,the existing problems in practical application of sampling machine including installing,debugging,performance appraisal,acceptance,daily use and maintenance were analyzed and summarized.It was also discussed the future development of unattended full-automatic combined sampling machine.
