摘要
机器人制样主要将工业机器人引入流水线自动制样系统之中以替代原有的胶带搬运、斗式提升等方式,从而在煤炭、焦炭领域获得应用。简要介绍机器人制样系统组成与工作流程、关键技术及功能特点,采取留样质量及出料粒度过筛率试验、精密度试验、偏倚试验、全水分损失测算试验等对系统进行鉴定试验。机器人制样系统在保留传统流水线式自动制样系统的破碎、缩分、干燥、制粉等优势技术的基础上,与工业机器人技术、称重管理技术、运维保障系统等成熟先进技术相结合,可实现煤炭自动制样系统的流程多样化、运行自动化、管理智能化。系统的多项关键技术可提高对湿煤的适应性,系统内部残留情况和各环节收集率数据清晰可见,使电厂燃料制样环节更加安全、可视、环保。根据该制样系统方案的实际投运情况,严格按照国标要求,从留样质量、过筛率、精密度和偏倚等参数进行性能试验,证明该系统完全满足国标要求。机器人制样系统是智慧电厂建设的重要组成部分,其应用将有利于提升电厂燃料管理、经济效益。
The robotic sample preparation mainly introduces the industrial robot into the assembly line automatic sample preparation system to replace the conventional belt handling,bucket lifting and other methods,so as to be applied in the field of coal and coke.This paper briefly introduced the composition,workflow,key technologies and functional characteristics of the robot sample preparation system.The system was identified by the tests of sample retention quality,particle size screening rate,precision test,bias test and total water loss calculation test.The system retains the advantages of reduction,division,drying,pulverizing of the conventional assembly line automatic sample preparation system,and combines the mature and advanced industrial robot technology,weighing management technology,operation and maintenance support system,thus,the process diversification,operation automation,and intelligent management can be reached.Several key technologies of the system can improve the adaptability to wet coal,the system internal residual situation and the data collected in each link are clearly visible,which makes the fuel sample preparation link of power plant more safe,visible and environmentally friendly.According to the actual operation of the sample preparation system scheme,according to the national standard requirements,the indexes such as sample quality,screening rate,precision and bias were tested,which proved that this system could totally meet the requirement.Robot sample preparation system is an important part of smart power plant construction,and its application will help to improve the fuel management and economic benefits.
