柴油催化技术制低碳烯烃的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,国内汽油市场需求增长高于柴油,成品油消费结构逐渐发生了变化,市场需求柴汽比不断降低。减少柴油产量或将其转化为其它附加值产品,既保证了我国成品油市场的供需平衡,也是各大炼厂提质增效、可持续发展的有效举措。该文主要总结了近年来以柴油为原料开展的催化裂化及催化裂解制低碳烯烃的工艺技术,以及相应的催化剂。重点介绍了催化裂解工艺的研究现状,并在此基础上,对未来以柴油为原料的催化裂解工艺的发展进行了展望。 In recent years, the demand growth of domestic gasoline market is higher than that of diesel oil. As the consumption structure of refined oil gradually changes, the market demand ratio of diesel to gasoline is constantly decreasing. Reducing the output of diesel or converting it into most valuable products not only ensures the balance of supply and demand in China’s refi ned oil market, but also is an ef fective measure for major refi neries to improve the quality, e ffi ciency and sustainable development. This paper summarizes the technology of catalytic cracking and catalytic pyrolysis to produce low carbon olefi ns and the corresponding catalysts developed in recent years with diesel as raw material. The research status of catalytic pyrolysis process was introduced in detail. On this basis, the future development of catalytic pyrolysis process using diesel oil as raw material was prospected.
