丁烯催化裂解制丙烯技术研究进展

摘要 综述了国内外丁烯催化裂解制丙烯的主要工艺技术与特点。介绍了丁烯裂解的负载型金属氧化物催化剂和沸石分子筛催化剂。详细阐述了分子筛催化剂的酸性、晶体大小和孔道结构等因素对丁烯催化裂解的影响。指出丁烯裂解制丙烯的最佳工艺手段开发和相应的催化剂研制是主要研究方向。 Main technologies and their features of butene's catalytic cracking to produce propylene were reviewed.Supported metal oxide catalysts and zeolite molecular sieve catalysts used in the catalytic cracking of butene were inctroduced.Influences of the factors including acidity,crystal size and pore structure of the molecular sieve catalyst on butene's catalytic cracking were described in detail.It was pointed out that the research should be focused on the exploration of the best processing and the related catalyst.
