摘要
通过严格控制化学合成与制备条件,采用晶种法制备了一系列具有相同晶貌和粒径,但不同硅铝比的ZSM-5分子筛。采用XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附和XRF等技术对催化剂进行表征。利用固定床微反装置研究了在550℃下的丁烯催化裂解反应规律。表征结果显示,4个ZSM-5分子筛试样的硅铝比由低到高依次为72,88,104,163,相对结晶度高,不含其他杂质,试样均匀性好。实验结果表明,ZSM-5分子筛在该裂解反应中具有良好的稳定性;随硅铝比的增加,丁烯转化率逐渐降低,丙烯/乙烯摩尔比逐渐增加,但均小于2,C5+以上重组分的产率也逐渐增加。
A series of ZSM-5 zeolites with the same morphology and particle size but different silica-alumina ratio were prepared and were characterized by means of XRD, SEM, N2 adsorption- desorption and XRF. Their performances in the catalytic cracking of 1-butene were studied at 550 ℃ in a fixed bed micro-reactor. The characterization results showed that four ZSM-5 samples had different silica-alumina ratios of 72, 88, 104 and 163. They were pure MFI structures and had good crystallinity and high uniformity. It was indicated that the stabilities of the ZSM-5 zeolites were good in the catalytic cracking, and with increasing the silica-alumina ratio, the 1-butene conversion decreased, while the propylene/ethylene ratio and the yield of C5 in the products increased.
