动态晶化法合成NaP分子筛的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以硅酸钠和偏铝酸钠为原料,采用水热动态晶化法制备NaP分子筛,通过XRD,SEM,BET,PSD,FTIR表征手段对样品进行分析,考察了不同的硅铝比、晶化温度和动态转速对分子筛合成的影响,并对晶化过程进行了研究。结果表明在一定范围内提高初始原料的硅铝比、晶化温度、晶化时间和动态转速,有利于提高NaP分子筛的纯度。通过优化合成条件,在硅铝比为2.00,晶化温度为120℃,晶化时间为8 h,动态转速为70 r/min的条件下合成了粒径约为1.8μm的NaP分子筛。与静态晶化相比,动态晶化过程成核期较短,导致所需晶化时间显著降低,且合成产物具有较大的比表面积和孔径分布。 NaP zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal dynamic crystallization using sodium silicate and sodium metaaluminate as raw materials.NaP zeolite was characterized by XRD,SEM,BET,PSD and FT-IR.The effects of different silica-alumina ratios,crystallization temperature and dynamic rotation speed on the synthesis of zeolite were investigated.The crystallization process of zeolite was studied.The results show that increasing silica-alumina ratio of initial material,crystallization temperature,crystallization time and rotation speed of zeolite in a certain range is beneficial to increase the purity of NaP zeolite.By optimizing the synthesis conditions,the NaP zeolite with particle size of about 1.8μm was synthesized under the conditions of silica-alumina ratio of 2.00,the crystallization temperature of 120℃,the crystallization time of 8 h and the dynamic rotation speed of 70 r/min.By comparing the dynamic crystallization and static crystallization,dynamic crystallization has a shorter nucleation period than static crystallization,the crystallization time of the synthesis is greatly shortened.And the synthesis product has a larger specific surface area and pore size distribution.
