压减柴汽比的炼油产品结构调整措施

摘要 柴油需求量逐渐降低,汽油需求量不断增加,柴汽比不断下行,炼厂应灵活调整生产方案以适应剧烈的市场变化。本文主要从装置的操作条件优化出发,提出了针对常减压、催化裂化、蜡油加氢裂化、渣油加氢、柴油精制、柴油改质装置的优化措施。还提及了新开发的柴油转化的技术,为炼厂解决柴油出口难题,降低柴汽比,提高经济效益提供思路。 The quantity demanded of diesel increasingly decreases,and the quantity demanded of gasoline increasingly increases.The ratio of diesel and gasoline continuously decreases.Refinery should flexibly adjust the product scheme according to the fierce market change.This manuscript proposed the optimized measures on atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,FCC unit,VGO hydrocracking unit,residue hydrotreating unit,diesel hydrotreating unit,diesel hydro-upgrading unit mainly from the optimization of operation conditions.Moreover,the developed diesel cracking and conversed technologies are also introduced.These measures can decrease the ratio of diesel and gasoline for refinery and provide road for increasing the economic profit.
