摘要
国际科技合作对促进科技创新发挥了重要作用,为我国渔业转型升级和“走出去”创造了良好的国际氛围与便利条件。文章以海洋渔业国际科技合作为研究对象,结合中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所近些年海洋渔业国际科技合作具体实践,梳理和分析了目前我国海洋渔业领域国际合作的发展现状、存在的问题,并从践行“一带一路”倡议,服务国家外交大局,以及加强国际合作平台建设、加强国际间重大科学与战略合作、加强国际合作人才队伍建设等方面提出了促进海洋渔业国际合作发展的建议。
International scientific and technological cooperation has played an important role in promoting the development of scientific and technological innovation,and has created a good international atmosphere and convenient conditions for the transformation and upgrading of our country′s fishery and"Going Out".Taking the international scientific and technological cooperation in marine fisheries as the target research field,problems existing in the international cooperation of Marine fisheries in China were analyzed based on the practice of international scientific and technological cooperation of Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences in recent years.Recommendations for the development of international cooperation in marine fisheries were given from power"the Belt and Road"initiative,serve the overall strategy of national diplomacy,establish a new type of international cooperation platform for marine fisheries,focus on major international scientific and strategic cooperation,accelerate the development of international cooperation talents and other aspects.
