摘要
农业国际合作是大趋势,落实"一带一路"倡议、推进农业科技"走出去",深化与"一带一路"沿线国家农业国际合作,是新形势下中国农业科技国际合作全面发展的重大机遇和战略选择,对拓展中国农业发展空间、弥补国内资源环境制约、提升国际竞争力等方面均具有十分重大的意义。在实地调研的基础上论述国内科研单位在项目合作、人才交流以及科技示范平台建设方面的成效,并对农业科技合作过程中的制约因素进行分析,提出相应解决对策。
International cooperation in agriculture is the general trend.Implementing the "One Belt And One Road" initiative, promoting the "going global" of agricultural science and technology, and deepening international agricultural cooperation with countries along the "One Belt And One Road" are major opportunities and strategic choices for the comprehensive development of China’s international agricultural science and technology cooperation in the new situation.It also has a great significance to expand China’s agricultural development space, make up for the restriction of domestic resources and environment, and enhance international competitiveness.On the basis of field research, this paper discusses the achievements of domestic scientific research institutions in project cooperation, talent exchange and science and technology demonstration platform construction, and analyzes the restrictive factors in the process of agricultural science and technology cooperation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
