基于重测序的41份芝麻种质资源全基因组序列分析 被引量:1

摘要 为揭示贵州不同生态区域芝麻种质全基因组突变类型,通过41份芝麻种质资源的全基因组重测序对单核苷多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism,SNP)、小片段插入缺失(Insertion-deletion,InDel)和结构变异(Structural Variation,SV)等进行检测并注释,明确各突变在全基因组范围内的突变数量与位置信息,并基于SNP数据对41份芝麻种质资源进行种群结构分析。结果表明,共检测到SNP位点20940797个,InDel位点2989500个,SV位点138135个,其中SI_35材料的SNP、InDel、SV三个变异类型位点数量均为最多,分别为1032613个、144363个、5328个。群体结构分析结果显示,41份芝麻种质资源包含4个亚群;主成分分析结果显示,各芝麻种质在主成分1、主成分2之间的相互距离及位置基本符合进化树和群体机构的分析结果。本研究为贵州芝麻种质资源的研究提供了初步的进化框架。 In order to reveal the whole-genome mutation types of sesame germplasm resources in different ecological regions of Guizhou Province,the whole-genome re-sequencing of 41 sesame germ plasm resources was performed,and single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP),insertion-deletion(InDel)and structural variation(SV)were detected and annotated to clarify the number and location of mutations,and the population structure of 41 sesame germplasm resources was analyzed based on SNP data.The results showed that total of 20,940,797 SNP loci,2,989,500 InDel loci and 138,135 SV loci were detected in this study,of which the number of SNP,InDel and SV loci in sample SI_35 was the largest,1,032,613,144,363 and 5,328,respectively.The results of population structure analysis showed that 41 sesame germplasm resources contained four subgroups,and the results of principal component analysis(PCA)showed that the distance and location between principal component 1 and 2 of each sesame germplasm were basically consistent with the analysis results of evolutionary tree and population structure.This study provided a preliminary evolutionary framework for the study of sesame germplasm resources in Guizhou Province.
