摘要
中国区域创新驱动发展不平衡不充分问题突出,创新资源约束区创新驱动发展难题已引起广泛关注。本文采用扎根理论方法探索创新资源约束区创新驱动发展的形成机制及作用路径,建立“行为-情境-效果”多维机制模型。研究发现:①政府力量、企业根植性、创新环境和区域协同创新对创新资源约束区创新驱动发展的形成有重要影响。②政府力量是最重要的因素,贯穿于创新资源约束区创新驱动发展全过程,对创新资源约束区创新驱动发展起基础性作用。③企业根植性、创新环境和区域协同创新是有效方式和重要途径。企业根植性从微观层面推动创新驱动发展的形成,而创新环境和区域协同创新则从宏观层面保障创新驱动发展。基于研究结论,提出相关政策建议,以期为提升创新资源约束区创新驱动发展水平,促进区域协调发展提供科学依据。
The imbalance and insufficiency of regional innovation-driven development in China are prominent,and the problem of innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas has attracted extensive attention.This study,employing the grounded theory method,explores the formation mechanism and action pathway of innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas,and establishes a multi-dimensional mechanism model of“behavior-situation-effect”.The results shed light on the followings.①Government power,enterprise embeddedness,innovation environment and regional collaborative innovation have an important impact on the formation of innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas.②Government power is the most important factor,which runs through the whole process of innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas,and plays a basic role in innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas.③Enterprise embeddedness,innovation environment and regional collaborative innovation are effective ways and important ways.Enterprise embeddedness promotes the formation of innovation-driven development from the micro level,while innovation environment and regional collaborative innovation ensure innovation-driven development from the macro level.Based on the conclusions,this study puts forward relevant policy suggestions in order to provide a scientific support for improving the level of innovation-driven development of innovation resource-constrained areas and promoting regional coordinated development.
