摘要
中医药研究生是中医学生提高自身中医基础水平和实现成功就业目标的最优选择。如何在短暂的3年学习生涯中对所学专业有足够的自信力,胜任临床、教学、科研、文献、编辑出版、部门管理等工作,成为一名中医拔尖后备人才和未来中医药事业推动者,能够在中医药的科学研究、临床实践和发展传播方面发挥积极的作用,实现继承传统中医医学和文化。文章探讨在中医药研究生教育模式下,通过有针对性的特色教育方法,提高学生的中医基础与临床水平,培养符合新时代需求的中医人才。
Graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine are the choice to further improve the basic level of traditional Chinese medicine and successful employment.In a short three-year study career,how to have enough self-confidence in the major,competent in clinical,teaching,scientific research,literature,editing and publishing,department management and so on,to become a top-notch reserve talent of traditional Chinese medicine and the promoter of the cause of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.It can play an active role in the scientific study clinical practice and development and communication of traditional Chinese medicine,and then inherit and carry forward the tradition of traditional Chinese medicine and practice the pursuit of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper discusses the specific educational methods to improve students’basic and clinical level of traditional Chinese medicine and cultivate traditional Chinese medicine talents in line with the needs of the new era under the mode of traditional Chinese medicine postgraduate education.
